LOVE MY MIKASA

I bought an oval platter and after receiving it I noticed a flaw on the front a black spot on a white platter and there were a few nicks on the bottom of it that could possibly cut someone handling the platter. So I contacted the customer service and they replaced it and just told me to throw away the one I received I didn’t even have to hassle returning it. I received the replacement and it was in perfect condition and so beautiful!! I’m an extremely happy customer!! Excellent customer service and excellent quality dishes!! I would highly recommend Mikasa to everyone I know!! This is how companies ran businesses with both quality and customer service years and years ago and it’s sad that there aren’t many companies like that anymore, but few like Mikasa are still around doing it right!! Thank you!!
