Classics are classics for a reason
Mikasa once again proves quality and classic designs can be durable, beautiful and affordable. I tried one of the newer brands when it was time for new dishes, and I am so glad I only purchased one set of dinner plates. After 4 months, one plate had glaze loss, and one plate chipped while being washed in the dishwasher, with no previous "trauma" to it. Disappointment and lack of response had me return to classic reliable brand, and I am so glad I did. There is a reason Mikasa brand has maintained their presence for decades, providing style, beauty and durability. Loving my new dishes!
