Purchased directly and shipped from Mikasa. Love the glasses, they add to an existing set. However, the box shipped UPS, was not marked 'FRAGILE' and one of the glasses was broken. The Mikasa website was easy to navigate and a replacement is due any day. So far great service which matches the great wine glasses.
